Endless contents are the fastest way to disengage the learners. No one has unlimited time and patience to dedicate to their learning, especially if they lead busy lifestyles. Keeping your modules short and informative will not only confirm your learners that you respect the fact that their time is restricted, but also will help them involve more easily with the given course work.

Focus just on what’s really important:

A learner does not need to become an expert in the subject matter, unless, of course, that is the purpose of the e-Learning course. Instead, they require to be able to carry out a task or increase their knowledge base within a limited scope. Learners also don’t have a great deal of time to engage in the e-learning experience, which indicates that you need to focus on what’s really important.
